FAQs
Device does not power on / Indicator light is off
- Charge the device with a data cable and check if the indicator light is flashing.
- If the red light is flashing, it is charging. Please wait for it to fully charge.
- If still not working and the light is off, please contact customer service.
No sound from the device
- Restart the device and observe if there is any sound. If the device only emits a "ding-dong" sound, it is in silent mode. Please short press the sound button within 20 seconds to enable sound.
- If there is still no sound after restarting and pressing the sound button, contact customer service.
No reaction when squirrels stand on the device
- Check if the device has enough battery, please charge the device if the battery level is low.
- If the battery is sufficient, check the sensitivity setting. If set to II, switch to I and retry.
- Clean the grain compartment and restart the device, setting it to I for the squirrel deterrent function to trigger.
- If the issue persists after trying the above steps, contact customer service.

If the external temperature is significantly outside the device’s operating range (below -10°C or above 50°C), please store the device indoors temporarily.
