After-sales Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to standardize after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, and repairs, and to improve the quality and level of after-sales services. This document is titled "SHEGGELL After-Sales Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").
2.1 Scope of Application
This policy ensures that customers can request after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, and warranty repair services for products purchased through SHEGGELL's authorized sales channels.
2.2 Definitions
In this policy, SHEGGELL INC and its affiliated subsidiaries are referred to as "we." "You" refers to the final consumer who purchases the products listed in section 2.3 of this policy, excluding dealers or resellers who purchase products for resale purposes.
2.3 Applicable Products
This policy applies to products purchased through SHEGGELL's authorized sales channels.
3. Return and Refund Services
a. For products purchased from SHEGGELL's official website, you can request a return or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase, original receipt or invoice, or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date). You may return the product without a reason, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the product has not been used.
b. For products purchased from SHEGGELL's official website, you may contact the SHEGGELL after-sales team and request a return or refund service if the product has manufacturing defects, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the valid purchase receipt, original receipt, or invoice date, or delivery date. We will cover the return shipping costs. Once the returned product is received, the original purchase price will be refunded to your account within fourteen (14) calendar days.
c. For products purchased on platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, etc., please refer to the return and refund policies of the platform. You may contact the seller for specific terms.
d. For products purchased from other SHEGGELL authorized sales channels, please contact the seller to confirm their return and refund policies.
3.1 Return and Refund Guidelines
a. When requesting a return or refund, please provide valid proof of purchase, the original receipt or invoice, and the original packaging along with all accessories and gifts that came with the product.
b. The returned product must be in good condition, with all labels and markings intact. If there were any gifts included, they must be returned with the product.
c. When returning the product, please include the complete set (including original packaging, all accessories, and gifts) along with valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice. d.The person who receives the returned goods is responsible for processing the refund.
e. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. Returns sent without prior approval from the seller or with cash on delivery will be refused.
f. If the product being refunded was purchased as part of a bundle, resulting in a discount, we reserve the right to cancel or deduct the discount when processing the refund.
3.2 Situations Not Eligible for Return and Refund
a. Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
b. No valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or evidence of tampering or alteration.
c. The request is made more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date, with no valid reason for return.
d. The returned product, packaging, accessories, gifts, or manual are not in their original condition.
e. Products that are damaged or faulty due to user error, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, incorrect use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
f. If the return or refund request is not sent within seven (7) calendar days after approval.
4. Exchange Service
a. For products purchased from SHEGGELL's official website, you may request an exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase, original receipt or invoice, or delivery date (if later than the purchase date), if the product has manufacturing defects. We will cover the exchange shipping costs.
b. For products purchased on platforms such as Amazon or AliExpress, please refer to the platform's exchange policy. You can contact the seller for specific terms.
c. For products purchased from other sales channels, please contact the seller to confirm their exchange policy.
4.1 Exchange Guidelines
a. When requesting an exchange, please provide valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice.
b. The returned product should be in good condition, with no tampered or altered packaging, labels, or markings.
c. When exchanging products, please return the complete set (including original packaging, all accessories) along with valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice. After inspection, you will receive a new product of the same model and specification.
4.2 Situations Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
a. No valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or evidence of tampering or alteration.
b. The exchange request is made after fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date.
c. The returned product’s outer packaging or manual is damaged.
d. No quality issues are found after proper testing of the returned product.
e. Products damaged due to user error, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, incorrect use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
f. Failure to send the returned product within seven (7) calendar days after confirmation of the exchange.
5. Warranty and Repair Services
If a product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you may contact the SHEGGELL after-sales team or an authorized dealer/retailer. After confirming the quality issue, you can apply for free warranty repair services. SHEGGELL provides a one-year free warranty service.
6. Warranty Period Definition
The warranty begins from the date of purchase or delivery as stated on the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice (whichever is later).
If a replacement service is provided, the warranty will begin from the date of replacement, and you must provide valid proof of the replacement.
The warranty for repaired or replaced parts is three (3) months from the repair or replacement date, or the remaining warranty period of the original product, whichever is longer. (Note: This refers to the warranty for parts, not the entire product.)
7.1 The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service, but you may choose paid repair services:
a. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
b. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
c. Products or parts found to have defects after the warranty period has expired.
e. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly.
f. Damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, material shortages, sub-contractor or supplier non-performance, abnormal manufacturing conditions or costs, carrier or communication delays or failures, fire, flood, storms, snow, accidents, war, explosions, epidemics, government orders or regulations, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 Related Costs
When the defected product is received, SHEGGELL or its authorized repair center will inspect the product to determine whether it is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, we will bear the cost of inspection, materials, labor, and shipping.
For products damaged due to user error or out of warranty, you will need to pay for repair, parts, and one-way shipping costs.
If you cancel the repair service for products with user-caused damage or out-of-warranty products, you will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
8. Accessories After-Sales Service Terms
If you find any discrepancies, damage, or missing parts in the accessories of your SHEGGELL product within seven (7) days of receiving it, and can provide relevant proof, you may request a return or exchange service from SHEGGELL's after-sales team or authorized stores. After verification, you will be eligible for return or exchange services. Otherwise, the product will be considered confirmed as undamaged, with complete functionality.
9. Limitations of Actions and Liability
Any claims or lawsuits regarding SHEGGELL’s violation of this agreement or the transactions covered by this agreement must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises. In any case, our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. Other Notes
Unless otherwise specified, do not send back seriously damaged batteries (e.g., bulging, leaking, etc.). If sent back, SHEGGELL will dispose of them as scrap.
Only products purchased from SHEGGELL or its authorized dealers are eligible for after-sales services under this policy.
After-sales service for products purchased from SHEGGELL dealers will be provided by the respective dealer. After-sales service for products purchased from SHEGGELL’s official online store will be provided by SHEGGELL’s after-sales team.
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or refuses to accept the goods, the customer will bear the resulting losses.
For undelivered or refused returns, we will hold the goods, and the customer will bear storage fees and any other possible costs. If the goods are unclaimed for more than thirty (30) calendar days, SHEGGELL's repair center will have the final disposal right.
Before sending products for repair, carefully handle any personal items or decorations (including but not limited to decorative stickers, UAS stickers, spray paint, etc.) attached to the product. SHEGGELL will not be responsible for damage or loss of such items.
To protect your rights, please check the product upon receipt to confirm it is undamaged (check for any damage caused by logistics or other reasons). If the product packaging is damaged, please refuse to sign and return it to the courier company. If the recipient does not sign in person and authorizes the courier company to deliver to a designated location, the recipient will be responsible for any loss or damage. If the external packaging is intact but internal damage or anomalies are found due to logistics, please contact SHEGGELL’s dealer or after-sales team within 24 hours. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

11. This policy is subject to updates, and the latest version will apply.
12. If any terms of this policy conflict with national or local laws, the laws will prevail. Where all terms comply with relevant laws and regulations, this policy will apply.
